KISRA

Korea International School

Rowing Association

Introduction

Korea International School Rowing Association (KISRA) is the first rowing association for students attending international schools located in South Korea, where no Varsity Rowing or Crew as a purely amateur team had existed until 2022 when the pandemic crisis of COVID-19 finally ended. Established with educational missions to promote the values of sportsmanship, resilience, and camaraderie through the genuine spirit of erg-sport Rowing, KISRA, as a dynamic and passionate sports community, is dedicated to the pursuit of not only excellence in the sport of rowing but also a brilliant balance between athletics and academics. KISRA is committed to providing a fundamental platform for students to explore and develop their rowing skills in a supportive and engaging environment.
